Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from us. As a responsible customer, we trust that you will make informed purchasing decisions based on your needs and preferences. If you have any doubts or questions about a product before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time via Phone, Email or WhatsApp. We are more than happy to provide any information or assistance you may need.
In the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect, we do offer exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchange:
If a customer receives the size they ordered but wishes to exchange it for a different size, we may accommodate the request depending on size availability. However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the entire shipping cost for the exchange. On the other hand, if the size delivered does not match the size the customer ordered, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the article. If the customer fails to do so, the article will not be exchanged. Also, the customer must ship the article to be exchanged. Once we receive the article and inspect it, the exchange article will be dispatched within 24 hours. No shipping charges will be applied in such cases. However, Lavanya’s Closet holds the discretion to make the final decision.
Sale:
Return/Refund and Exchange will not be applicable on ANY items sold as a part of Sale.
Exchange Request:
In order to raise an exchange request, providing an un-edited package opening video is mandatory.
Process:
To initiate an exchange request, please send an email at help@lavanyascloset.in with your order number, complete and unedited parcel opening video, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
